A graduate of the École normale supérieure (Normalienne)in Law, Economics and Management and agrégée in Economics-Management (specialist in General Business Law).
She also holds a degree from Sciences Po Paris (Masters 2 in Markets and Regulatory Law) and holds a Masters in European Law and European Policy Management (Magistère) (École normale supérieure of Cachan – Université Rennes I).
She also studied law at McGill University in Montreal.
She works both in French and English.
Delphine Dendievel advises and represents French and foreign companies, as well as their directors and shareholders, in strategic pre-litigation and litigation before the French civil, commercial and criminal courts.
She has notably developed a specific expertise in contract law, corporate law (disputes between shareholders, M&Alitigation, personal liability of directors), banking and finance law (liability actions against management companies and investment funds), and real estate law (court-ordered expert assessments).
With a dual degree in law and economics, Delphine is particularly attentive to the economic and operational aspects of the cases in which she intervenes.
She furthermore acquired significant experience in white-collar crime (fraud, corruption, tax fraud, and money laundering) and assists her clients daily in corporate risk prevention.
Prior to co-founding Apostrophe in January 2021, Delphine worked for eight years in the Business Litigation Group of the Anglo-Saxon law firm Allen &Overy LLP.
Delphine has received numerous distinctions for her litigation practice :
For numerous years, she has taught the course entitled “Advanced Conflicts of Jurisdiction Law” (Masters 2 in Arbitration and International Commercial Law) from the Université Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne. She also regularly lectures at Sciences Po Paris in the Economics Law Masters program.
She has co-written numerous articles (including chapters relating to French law in Litigating Securities Class Actions and Insurance Disputes Law Review).
Delphine is the President of the Club des Jeunes Dirigeants Financiers.
