We regularly advise foreign clients on their activities in France and French clients on their international activities.

Apostrophe has in particular developed specific expertise in multi-jurisdictional litigation or involving private international law issues.

Our team is composed of lawyers with international experience having all worked in international law firms.

We rely abroad on a network of first-rate and independent colleagues and partners, in particular in the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Asia and on the African continent, notably to coordinate and supervise all judicial and enforcement procedures abroad and to conduct internal investigations internationally. .

We also intervene :

• in matters in France relating to enforcement of arbitral awards and of foreign court decision (exequatur and enforcement measures); 
• in internal arbitration matters, notably ICC;
• in compliance and regulatory matters notably relating to international sanctions and embargos;
• in matters relating to internal investigations on behalf of international groups, in their French or foreign subsidiaries;
• in the management of proceedings before multilateral development banks (notably, the World Bank).
