Our DNA : Litigation

We intervene at the outset of disputes to establish, in collaboration with our clients, an efficient pre-litigation approach. We accompany them in their exchanges with the adverse party. We advise them on the chances of success and on the litigation risks to be anticipated. We protect their interests by carrying out precautionary measures and obtaining evidence. 

Our expertise in the management of civil, commercial, criminal and arbitration proceedings enables us to implement the relevant procedural strategies before the courts. During amicable or judicial expert assessments, we stand next to our clients in supporting their positions, both from a legal and technical point of view. We also assist our clients in internal and international arbitration proceedings. 

We always encourage the search for amicable solutions and have acquired a true expertise in mediations (ad hoc or institutional) and other alternate dispute resolution mechanisms, as well as in negotiations, and the preparation and implementation of settlement agreements. 

Our experience in crisis management and complex and transnational litigation has enabled us to handle the most sensitive and strategic cases.  

Our Strength : Prevention

 We assist our clients in all compliance and business ethics issues, and more generally in the prevention of corporate legal, criminal, regulatory or contractual risks. We accompany them in the management of ethics alerts and in conducting internal investigations.

We accompany large international groups in the implementation, auditing and management of corruption prevention and detection programs (Sapin II Law). We also intervene in acquisition audits on matters relating to litigation, compliance and white-collar crime.
